He's the mastermind who's navigated the complexities of operating both full-service and limited-service hotels across India, the Middle East, and America. From the pre-opening stages to setting up robust systems and standard operating procedures, Arjun's expertise is unparalleled. Arjun's educational background is as diverse as his professional journey. He's an alumnus of Guru Nanak Khalsa College in Mumbai, where he studied English Literature, and he holds a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the International Correspondence School in Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA. Throughout his illustrious career, Arjun has made significant contributions to renowned names in the hospitality industry, including the Indian Hotels Company (Tajmahal Hotel Group), ITC Hotels, Raheja Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Ambassador Hotels, Choice Hotels, Best Western Hotels, and the Wyndham Group of Hotels. His skills span facility management, operations management, and sales, making him an indispensable asset as one of the founders of Bandwidth Hotels.

Tajinder Narang

Co-Founder and Hospitality Visionary
Mr. Tajinder Narang is the visionary co-founder of Bandwidth Hotels, contributing 30 years of profound hospitality experience to the venture. He excels in the art of effective training and the application of sound management styles in hotels. Tajinder's professional journey has seen him operate hotels in India and abroad, with a focus on pre-opening and effective management. Tajinder's educational foundation includes a Diploma in Hotel Management from Monteux, Switzerland, coupled with a Masters degree in Human Resources Development (HRD) Management from the Narsee Moonjee Institute of Management Studies. His multifaceted skills encompass general management, food and beverage operations, rooms division, facility management, operations management, training, and human resources development. As a founder of Bandwidth Hotels, Tajinder brings his wealth of experience and expertise to shape the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company.
